APC frontline Governorship aspirant, and Professor of Political Science, Prof Sylvester Odion Akhaine (SOA) felicitates with Sani Uba, Governor of Kaduna State on the occasion of his birthday.
According to the erudite professor:
“I like to felicitate with His Excellency, Engr Sani Uba, Governor of Kaduna State on the occasion of his 53th birthday.
“I thank God for his life. I cherish his sense of responsibility and commitment.
“I will never forget his kind gesture to me during the dark days of military dictatorship in Nigeria.
“While in unlawful incarceration in Birnin Kebbi prison under the regime of General Sani Abacha it was Uba, a young pro-democracy activist, who worked with Comrade Shehu Sani that brought me one of the very few lifelines I had in prison.
“He brought beverages for me in far away Kebbi in 1995. I will never forget his kind gesture.
“Compassion and empathy are essential ingredients of leadership. He has it in abundance.
May God continue to strengthen him to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people of Kaduna State, and Nigeria in general. Happy birthday your excellency, Professor Sylvester Odion Akhaine said.
