LAWYER and activist, Mr Dele Farotimi, will spend Christmas and the New Year at home.
He has just been released from the Correctional Centre custody in Ekiti.
According to the publisher of Sahara Reporters, Omoyele Sowore, via his X handle, the embattled Farotimi who had been held in Ekiti prison was released Tuesday morning.
His release was consequent upon perfecting his bail conditions.
He is reported to be on his way to his Lagos home.
