The Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of popular Ajmal Traveling and Tours, Alhaji Annur Abubakar Mecca has congratulated Hon. Ali Bukar Dalori for his emergence as the National Acting Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
This is as he hailed the leader of the party, President and Commander In Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu for directing that all the affairs of the APC be handed over to Hon. Dalori with immediate effect.
These were contained in a press statement the travel agency Guru, Alhaji Mecca signed and issued to newsmen in Maiduguri, Borno State capital on Sunday.
Recall that Dalori, the immediate past Deputy National Chairman North of the APC, was handed over the mantle of leadership last Friday following resignation of the former Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje who cited health challenges as major reason for him to pull out.
The statement reads: “The appointment of Hon. Ali Bukar Dalori as Acting National Chairman of our great party, APC is a clear recognition of his vast political experience, dedication to the party, and outstanding record in grassroots mobilisation across the country.
“Hon. Dalori’s leadership qualities, consistency, and commitment to progressive ideals make him a fitting choice to steer the party forward at this critical moment.
“I am confident that his tenure will strengthen party unity, deepen democratic values, and foster inclusive governance in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
” This appointment remained a square peg in a round hole, as well have no doubt that Hon. Dalori will serve with integrity, fairness, and a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of the people, especially the teaming APC supporters across Nigeria and in diaspora.
“Having assumed the new role, we are confident that Dalori will continue to uphold the values and principles of the party by demonstrating inclusivity, success and progress”. He stated.
Mecca therefore prayed Allah (God) to grant Dalori wisdom, good health and protection as he stair the affairs of the greatest political party in Africa. End
