Controversial relationship therapist, Blessing CEO, has set the record straight after a viral clip sparked widespread rumors that businessman Ikechukwu Ogbonna, popularly known as IVD, physically assaulted her. The outspoken influencer, in an interview with Sunday Scoop, explained that the circulating video was completely taken out of context.
According to Blessing CEO, the video had nothing to do with domestic violence. She clarified that the incident actually occurred during a robbery situation involving their household. “People love to twist stories,” she said. “If IVD slaps me, I’ll slap him back — we’ll fight. That video was about a robbery, not domestic violence.”
She went on to reveal that a member of their domestic staff allegedly stole valuable items, and the confrontation seen in the clip happened when IVD tried to interrogate the suspect. The heated moment, Blessing explained, was wrongly interpreted online as a lovers’ fight. She further stated that she deleted the video afterward to allow the police handle the matter privately.
Following her clarification, fans have flooded her page with messages of support. One user commented, “People too quick to judge! At least she’s clearing the air now.” Another added, “Blessing CEO always stands her ground. She no dey fear anybody.”
Despite the drama, Blessing CEO remains firm and unshaken. She emphasized that what social media saw was not domestic violence but a robbery confrontation — and she continues to stand strongly beside her partner, IVD.
