BREAKING: Abuja Pastor Amos Isah In Police Custody Over Alleged Rape Of 14-Year-Old Girl

The Federal Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) has arrested and detained Amos Isah, the founder and head pastor of Prophetic Victory Voice of Fire Ministry in Gwagwalada, Abuja, on charges of raping a 14-year-old girl. Pastor Isah was well-known for his eloquent sermons and assertions of divine authority, so the community has been rocked by his incarceration last week.

His chapel has served as a place of worship for many locals in Abuja. It is situated across from the Gwagwalada Market, behind Noble Noel Academy. According to SaharaReporters’ analysis of his Facebook page, Isah often shares messages on moral rectitude and sanctity. According to SaharaReporters’ checks, the cleric’s last service at his church was held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. The church staged a service the next day, June 19, but Pastor Isah was conspicuously missing from the podium.

According to Pastor Isah’s introduction on his Facebook page, “God has given me power, so the purpose of this page is (sic) to touch lives as the Holy Spirit leads.” “Dear God, thank you for the gift of fatherhood,” he said on Facebook on Father’s Day, June 15. We offer up prayers for all fathers and those aspiring to fatherhood. May You grant them the fortitude to carry Your love. Greetings on Father’s Day. He stated in a post on June 11 that “the righteous are bold as a lion, but the wicked flee when no one is pursuing” (Proverbs 28:1, NASB). Any time we defend Jesus, we must rely on the strength of the Holy Spirit; we need His assistance.
