The 16th Emir of Kano, His Eminence Muhammadu Sanusi II, has resumed academic activities as an undergraduate law student at North-West University, Kano. He has been spotted attending lectures alongside his 200-level classmates, a move that has drawn widespread praise and admiration from the public.
Speaking on his decision to return to the classroom, Emir Sanusi emphasised that age should never be a barrier to learning, highlighting that education is a lifelong pursuit. He also called for greater investment in education at all levels, describing it as essential for societal progress, enlightened leadership, and effective governance.
