Popular media personality and influencer Enioluwa Adeoluwa has penned an emotional tribute to his mother, Dr. (Mrs.) Bola Adeoluwa, after she earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
Taking to Instagram, Enioluwa praised his mother for her resilience, revealing that her path to academic excellence was far from easy. “When it comes to academics, everyone always talks about my dad —and rightly so, he’s a Professor. But my mum? She’s the quiet force behind the scenes,” he wrote.
According to him, his mother’s story is one of persistence and determination. She rewrote WAEC to pass Mathematics and, at 45 years old, returned to school to earn another first degree — proving that age is never a barrier to dreams.
Her academic journey now boasts an inspiring list of achievements: two First Degrees, two Master’s Degrees, a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), and now, a PhD.
