OGUN – Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State has praised President Bola Tinubu’s economic reforms, describing them as laying a solid foundation for a “new Nigeria.” The governor spoke after reading the ninth lesson at the 2025 Christmas carol organised by the state government in Abeokuta on Monday.

Abiodun noted that the President’s initiatives had fostered economic stability and inclusive prosperity, with the Renewed Hope Agenda contributing positively to the nation’s economy. He called on Nigerians to continue supporting the President while promoting unity, compassion, and shared prosperity for a brighter future across Ogun and the country.

He urged residents to extend Christ-like love through acts of kindness, particularly towards the less privileged, and highlighted Ogun’s tradition of religious tolerance and social harmony. He also advised vigilance, encouraging citizens to report suspicious activities to ensure a safe festive period.
