Popular Nigerian TikTok creator, Jarvis, has issued a legal threat against fellow influencer Peller following allegations linking her to money laundering activities through the platform’s gifting feature.
The controversy began after Peller, during a recent livestream, claimed that some TikTok creators were using the app’s virtual gifting system to launder illicit funds — hinting that Jarvis might be among those involved. He recounted an incident where a fan allegedly offered to split TikTok gift proceeds, describing it as a “common trick” used to disguise dirty money.
While both creators appeared to have settled things amicably after exchanging comments online, the matter took a legal turn when Aiso Entertainment, Jarvis’s management, released an official statement on Sunday. The company dismissed Peller’s claims as false, defamatory, and damaging to Jarvis’s public image.
The management emphasized that Jarvis — whose real name is Jadrolita — has “never engaged in any form of illicit financial conduct.” It further demanded that Peller issue a public apology within 48 hours or face legal consequences.
In the statement, Aiso Entertainment wrote:
“The management of Jadrolita, alongside Jadrolita herself, unequivocally and categorically refutes this egregious claim in its entirety. We hereby demand that Peller and his management issue an immediate, unconditional, and publicly disseminated apology to Jadrolita and her team.”
The team described the accusation as a deliberate attempt to tarnish Jarvis’s name and reputation, warning that legal action would follow if the matter wasn’t resolved publicly.
As the drama unfolds, many fans have taken sides across social media platforms, urging both creators to settle the matter responsibly while others await Peller’s official response.
