Nigeria’s table tennis team claimed their second gold at the ongoing ITTF African Championship in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
It was an all-Nigerian affair in the final match on Saturday morning, with the duo of Adegoke Muizz and AbdulBasit battling favorites Olajide Omotayo and Matthew Kuti.
Muizz and AbdulBasit triumphed in the keenly contested encounter.
With Saturday’s victory, Nigeria has secured its second gold medal in the championship.
