Regina Daniels’ brother, Sammy Daniels, has denied allegations that the popular Nollywood actress is involved in drug abuse.
The claim, earlier made by her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, surfaced on Instagram following Regina’s accusation of domestic violence against the lawmaker.
Responding to the controversy in a post on his verified Instagram account, Sammy, known by his handle @Sweezzy, defended his sister, describing the allegations as false and malicious.
“Before Ned, I steady on my kpo. After Ned, I still dey on my kpo. As I no talk so make una avoid me. No marriage without problems. But remember, I decided not to speak. There’s no perfect couple,” he stated.
He further clarified that Regina Daniels has never engaged in drug abuse or misuse, warning the public against spreading false information.
“PS: Regina Daniels is not affiliated in any drug abuse or misuse. She is not granting any useless interview or trying to feed y’all timelines! Anything wey go up must come down,” he wrote.
Sammy also expressed gratitude to fans and supporters who reached out with concern, saying their messages of love and support were deeply appreciated.
“Shoutout to y’all for your concerns, love, texts, and checkups. None is being taken for granted,” he added.
The post comes amid ongoing online drama surrounding the Nwokos’ marriage, which has drawn widespread public attention in recent days.
