The Rivers Restoration Movement (RRM), a grassroots political mobilisation group, has urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to sack his media aide, Daniel Bwala, over what it described as an “unwarranted” verbal attack on the FCT Minister, Barr Nyesom Wike.
RRM claimed that Bwala, while serving the President, still remains loyal to his former boss, Atiku Abubakar. The group condemned Bwala for publicly disparaging the FCT Minister and his achievements, warning that such actions could damage the President’s popularity.
RRM emphasized that Wike remains the political leader in Rivers State and advised Bwala to stay away from the state’s politics, noting that his opportunistic commentary tactics would fail. The group formally called for Bwala’s immediate dismissal.
