Senator Ireti Kingibe, wey represent the FCT for National Assembly, don drop one serious accusation wey don begin shake political tables.
During one interview on Arise TV on Friday, she talk say the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, don dey grant illegal fee waivers to his own sons — cutting huge land bills from ₦200 million to just ₦2 million in less than two days.
Yes, you read am well. From ₦200 million down to ₦2 million — all within 48 hours.
According to the Senator, she no dey talk from hear-say. She get “plenty documents” wey show how Wike allegedly allocates big land to his sons and then turn around give them waivers that remove millions from their bills.
“I get documents,” she talk boldly. “Wike give his sons huge tracks of land. And I no even dey argue say they no fit collect land. Dem be Nigerians too. But how you go move fee from ₦200 million to ₦2 million in 48 hours? Na wetin we wan call that one?”
She no stop there. Senator Kingibe accuse Wike of favouring his family members when e come to land allocation for FCT, say e dey approve random illegal waivers left and right, especially for people close to am.
“Yes, I see documents,” she insist. “Bill wey suppose be ₦100m or ₦200m go just drop to ₦2 million — and everything happen sharply. Dem go just write small letter, and next thing, waiver don land. Na wa!”
She talk say this kain matter no just be illegal — say e dey unfair to every other person wey dey try follow due process and still dey wait for land or pay full amount.
“I no go come TV to talk anyhow. I get the facts and I get my documents. I dey ready to carry the matter go National Assembly so accountability go dey.”

She still reveal another shocking move — say land wey government earmark for hospital in Bwari area don reportedly get revoked. And according to her, Wike dey plan to use the land build market or shopping mall instead.
“Imagine! Land for general hospital — na public health facility o — dem don collect am back. Now na commercial use dem dey talk,” she added, clearly upset.
The Senator say she go push this matter inside Senate until the right thing is done.
