Yali Edo Leadership Summit 2.0: A Resounding Success
The YALI Edo Leadership Summit 2.0, held on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at the Victor Uwaifo Creative Hub in Benin City, Edo State, was a resounding success. The one-day high-impact gathering brought together a diverse audience of corps members, secondary school students, professionals, key stakeholders, and members of the YALI Edo Network Hub.
Themed “Rebirth 2025: Redefining Values, Impact, and Leadership,” the summit provided a platform for reflection, strategic learning, and inspiration. The event was convened and led by the State Coordinator, Chinye Patrick-Biose, who set the tone for the day with her opening remarks.
Keynote speaker Dr. Osahon Enabulele, Immediate Past President of the World Medical Association and Director-General of the Osahon Enabulele Foundation, delivered an incisive presentation on the summit theme. He distinguished between transformational and transactional leadership, emphasizing the need for young leaders to embrace responsibility, integrity, and innovation.

Other notable speakers included Ambassador John Collins Idim, Engr. Dr. Mrs. Queenth Adesuwa Kingsley Omoyibo, Peter O. Aguebor, and Adesuwa Ekengbuda, among others. The summit also featured an awards segment, recognizing distinguished guests and outstanding members of the YALI Network Edo for their contributions and service.
The summit concluded with a vote of thanks by the State Coordinator, Chinye Patrick-Biose, who expressed deep appreciation to all invited guests, partners, sponsors, and the planning committee.

The success of the summit was made possible through the support and collaboration of esteemed partners and sponsors, including the Office of the First Lady of Edo State, OKD Media and Productions, Jezuwa Nigeria Limited, and EarthTab Services, among others.
