A petition has been filed against Bluemool Limited and its directors, Fayose Temitope, Ayodele Fayose, Omolara Fayose, and Rukayat Gbadamosi, accusing them of obtaining by false pretense, fraudulent diversion of funds, property fraud, criminal intimidation, and conduct likely to cause breach of peace.
According to the petition sighted by Standard Daily Press, Bluemool Limited launched the Brookhill Park Estate project in 2021, promising subscribers fully built homes within six months of full payment, quality construction, modern infrastructure, and valid title documents.
However, despite collecting billions of naira from subscribers, Bluemool Limited has failed to deliver on its promises. Many subscribers remain without houses, while others have been handed incomplete or defective structures.
The estate’s infrastructure is virtually non-existent, with no electricity connection to the national grid, unsafe water supply, untarred roads, and poor drainage.
“I introduced friends from the USA and Belgium to Bluemool, but did not know they will scam me.

“No house has been built for me, they only sent an email by their evil representative called Morenike to say my house will be ready by 23/12/2025. Till date, I haven’t heard from them.
“This is the pattern of scam to manipulate me to continue to believe the lies that my house will soon be ready.

“They target Nigerians families in diasporia who have worked so hard coming to settle back in Nigeria to defraud them.
“As a result, many are stranded and fraustrated now due to this intentional fraud”, Miss. Aghomon said.
The petition highlights several cases of alleged fraudulent non-delivery, including that of Miss. Olokhifa Maureen Aghomon, who paid N40.5 million for a three-bedroom terraced duplex but has yet to receive her property.
The petitioners strongly believe that the monies collected from subscribers have been fraudulently diverted by Bluemool’s directors for personal use and private ventures, constituting fraudulent conversion, obtaining by false pretense, and economic sabotage.
The petition urges the Inspector General of Police to launch an immediate and thorough investigation into Bluemool Limited and its directors, arrest and prosecute those responsible, and provide protection to residents from further harassment and threats.
