Fuji music icon Adewale Ayuba has finally addressed the swirling rumours linking him to a supposed divorce and paternity scandal. The veteran singer, who has been married to Azuka Ego for over three decades, strongly debunked the allegations, describing them as fabricated lies meant to tarnish his image.
The controversy was sparked by a blogger on a YouTube channel, who alleged that Ayuba secretly conducted a DNA test that exposed infidelity in his marriage. The claims quickly spread online, triggering speculation and heated reactions among fans.
In a statement released by his management and shared on Instagram, Ayuba slammed the story as false and malicious. He emphasized that his marriage to Azuka Ego remains solid and blessed, with no history of paternity issues. According to him, the blogger’s claim that their marriage lasted only a year shows the entire report was nothing but a desperate fabrication.
The statement further revealed that Ayuba’s team is already consulting lawyers to take legal action against the blogger. “This is nothing more than a cheap, despicable attempt to embarrass Dr Ayuba’s family, malign his character, and bring his united family to public ridicule,” the statement read. “We will not allow Dr Adewale Ayuba’s integrity to be attacked without consequences.”
